Keep them as arm. sailors till the reload and acc hit around 1500 (around lvl 70-80) each,
then class them.

keep them as armarment sailors untill level after level (boosted) 70, lvl 90 if not
Educated guess have not done the math

whether you boost them now or in 10 years wont realy matter too much
but it does help you hit the rel cap much faster

Assuming you can keep 100 vets on forever, you should be able to cap the reload at level
120 with classing at level 50... But pretty much all along the way, they'll be useless.

@redbeam: My answer to your question is, AA gunners. Because they get lighter guns, period.

AA: Pros: - lighter guns
- access to pompoms (although I don't know if that is such a pro...)
Cons: - can't use HHs
- have to be patient to level

Reload gunners vs AA gunners, the reloads of the guns are roughly identical once capped,
the 5.25" RP10Ds have a minor range advantage over the A version, negligible really.

Without boost... I would say 90+. But really there's no proper level to class to AA
gunners, just class them as late as you can stand it. The ability gain compensates the
crew loss so class them at level 120 if you wish. Pretty much as long as you class above
65, you should cap at level 120.

As late as possible. -> Level 70 or more

The easy way for AA-Guns is taking Reloadgunners.
