best way to kill a pcl is to gang up on it and spary ot with torps. a pcl players usually
loads up with belt armour, dont botehr trying to shoot it, thats just futile torp the crap
out of it. ap rounds do work but if your guns spread are rubbish your just wasteing time.


ive sat in the middle of a group fo players in my pcl while they where trying to gang rape
me and ive sank them all. granted i was almost dead but i still sank them all.

now if your looseing that badly to a single ship common sense dictates not to hang around
and let it do that. if anything leave the pcl till last and then use your whole team to
deal with it. that pcl has no speed and cannot run you down.

i would say a pcl is easily the best blitz ship to play.. very tight guns and with good
gunners the things are lethal. they are also small enough to manouvre between torps too.
they dont really need speed they are small enough to fit through the tiniest gaps.

PCLs are slow, they use bigger 8" guns on average, which means a slower reload
than many other ships in blitz.

sometimes they're heavily armoured, sometimes not. carry some AP shells around
with you if they are. it's no worse than going up against an armoured Sirius CL,
which can fire a lot faster at you.

what doesn't work against a PCL? long range shots, if you're not able to hit your
target, even if you out range it, you're not doing any good. then again, getting up
close & personal is useless if it's armoured and you can't damage it. Dive Bombing, a
big no no. I've seen CV after CV trying to dive bomb a PCL and miss 98% of the time
if not more often.

what does work against a PCL, fast firing rate, good speed & maneuvering to avoid
it's fire. have a BB blast it with the big guns, using AP shells or heavy HE shells,
whichever works better. they can take the damage while reloading. just make sure
you maneuver your ship so that you're not missing with all your guns if it's between
your lines of fire.

TORPS!!!! torpedo planes, launched torps, they're slow and hard to dodge out of the
way compared to many other ships in blitz. as long as your aim isn't lousy, and you're
not firing from long range that even the slowest BB could dodge them like dodging
bullets in the Matrix movie, you should make short work of them. the UK Tiger is the
easiest to sink, as it's the largets. the Texas... probably the most difficult.

Hedgehogs, saddle up and let her loose, she ain't going anywhere fast and if the
initial blast doesn't get her, then the followup likely will.

Your Moltke was an easy enough target for my NDD. I think you
might want to start with tactics there before moving onto the PCL.

I just go past them really fast and swamp them with the wake of my ship.

Or you can BVE your gunners and then actually shoot at it via blockshot spread.

Use a kitakami. It's hobbit war. Kitas are dime a dozen when there's a problem.

Ironically enough, this is a situation where torps do work very well, even though a BB
should not have them equipped in the first place :P

But yeah, if your spread is garbage you have little choice but to simply rush the thing
and hammer it to bits from up close.

thats not good use of bb though, t slots should have aa on them, even in blitz, if ur
the only one aaing it can be a game winner. Plus santa is in blitz too !

FF is an underplayed boat, HHing in an FF is a great tactic, surprise the hell out of
the other team too.

But ill leave it at that, and let the community discuss it without my interference, I
already said what I think about FF play an killing PCL in blitz

or you can just do the standard thing, load torps on you km bb and fire randomly in the
general direction of the pcl....
