  • Should I forego the EBB3?

I am traditional UK line and already made it to Lion2, but I think the warspite is a
useless novelty item. Sure it can carry Nelson guns, but I can grind the extra levels to
reach the POW instead for my second UK crew.

I have researched forums hard and thorough about the EBB3 of all the nations, they
really don't give the edge I thought they would. Especially the KM O-Project where
you get one extra support slot and an extra not. Is it worth it? I think not.

I am thinking about getting two Premium CVs instead for my 28 points. Is this too
farfetched? I think all these EBB3s are garbage and are not that different from their
BB3 and BB4 counterparts.

I know this EBB3 is once in a lifetime opportunity, and it can't be bought. But I may
be able to get two PCVs and save $14.00 USD instead of using coin for a garbage
EBB3.

Does anyone agree or disagree with my opinion?

@Foxhound

That was a sarcastic reply to your comment on the Warspites size. People can purposely
hit ffs and ss in smoke. The minute positive of the Warspite's size doesn't make up for its
many lacks. Even mods have been in it since it came out and have pointed out how its sub-
par.

^Never seen a bb 2 or 3, 2 shot a lion 2. I personally think the us and ijn ebb3's are very
powerful, maybe I need to open my eyes.

sufficient, good, pretty decent, pretty good, all your mediocre descriptives add up to
unimaginably powerful, unfathomably strong, secretly superb?

1+0+0=100??

3.5? mmmm, try 2.5

Hyuga. No doubt.

You can have Hyugato (Hyuga + Nagato)

i dont play us so i dont know about MD, but hyuga has 12x16L!

although maryland has 12x16L too, but i still think that hyuga is better than md, since

one can try mikasa guns on it and shot in gradual with no delay ( with capped, 4sec, i
believe. it's 30degree, so 6turrets gradual shooting with 4sec cap.)

overall, there is no doubt that op2 and warspite are craps, and hyuga and md are nice ebb3.

Lets see here

high submergence
sufficient range
massive firepower [except KM but that ship is a beast in itself]
good support slots
pretty decent speed for the amount of firepower that is being packed
and for both the warspite and the maryland they are pretty small ships, not the easiest
things to hit
and from what i have been able to see their turn radius is pretty good too.

What more can you HONESTLY want from a ship classed as BB 3.5?

Know something we dont? Please enlighten us on HOW these "EBB3's" are SO
strong and powerful. What are the rest of us failing to grasp?

I got the Warspite. And if I could do it again.. I would not. Its a harbour ornament.
In my opinion it seems to be the worst of all 4 "EBB3's". Seems more like a BB2.5.

I have a cv line too, and was thinking about combinations including a pcv. I should
have gotten premium ships. Save yourself some money, the disapointment of no
good setups, and the regret of so much time wasted.
