HM is right unless your grinding a new crew you shouldent need either one but if your
gonna get one anyways so you dont waste the coins, I find myself playing my Moltke more
than the Pensa. I just moved outta a Moltke and into a Bismarck (which is a great ship
btw.) I think the Moltke is better than pensa in pretty much every way, it has more main
guns and they hit pretty hard and even though I used it as a AA ship to lvl up to the
Bismarck I surprised many a BB when they got too close, and mounted with the 3.46"A guns I
found the AA to be a lot more useful than either the 3"/70 or 5"/38 on the Pensa.

Both of them are very good. If youre looking for the true best, i give the moltke a
slight advantage because it has 2 more barrels, KMs aa is naturally better and more
range for the mains with default guns, but in the end both are very good. At your
level you shouldnt really need it unless you're grinding new crew up, though.
