I think he is referring to the dual version only. the 14.96o are only for the O2.
The 14.96L (gneis and o1 guns) have a better accuracy revision, but a noticeable range difference. But more than that, they are incredibly heavier. The proof is the ebb2 gneis 1943 that can reach 51 knot with the second set of 14.96.
The 14.96b have a slightly worse spread than the first set, but the range and weight they offer makes them pretty much the obvious choice.
the 14.96o are for the O2 so it can offer nice firepower. with the B its a slower O1 with slightly more range. With the 14.96 first set...well why did you bother remodeling?
