Don't forget you won't have the dual 8" guns at level 25. They come a lot later.

I do agree though that it may be a bit excessive for this ship.

Well the trip 6 will be deadly for AA with better gunners if you aim right. Look at what
the MN and IJN trip 6 will do with proper aiming.

I agree. With this configuration its CA on 25 level. OK, clearly i cannot use 2x8" on 25 lvl
with unboosted gunners.
But i can save credits and time and leveling to final CAs on one ship. I will just change
gunsets.
ECL isnt AA ship but Svetlana got nice broadside for AAing...

it seems a little too strong for a level 25, not a good aa platform, but it seems with CA
stats to me...

Well I think from all the ECLs It's maybe closest by type to IJN Yubari but with twice the ship's
displacement, twice the R+T gunspace, two instead of one T gun slot for side and one more sailor slot.

Also CL Mogami(1938) comes to mind when I think about It now. =)

But sure It's no AA platform like Emden, Reynaud or Emerald.
