The fighter cap is confusing...

Fighter ability adds to both the attack AND defense skill of a pilot. Bomber ability does
the same for bomber pilots and aircraft ability to scout (rookie) pilots. Attack skill for
pilots is capped, so eventually a higher fighter ability will not add to the attack skill.
Defense skill on the other hand is not capped. This is what people overvet and delay class
their fighters for.
