I will be starting some discussion topics. (not in this topic)

These topics are meant to discuss certain shipclasses. What I would like to see in them is
opinions about how the ships are, what you feel is wrong, and how that can be changed. If
possible use solid arguments why you want something changed. Based on the comments in
these topics we can then form a plan on what to request for the next update.

Since we still have the issue with bad crews, I think it is best to start with the
DD/CL/CA and SS. With the higher level ships it is currently quite hard to form a solid
opinion. Once we have proper crews I will be starting those topics also.
