personally wanted them to be.

As far as HE/AP goes, I want italy, USN, and SN to be the nations that can have both HE
and AP for their AA guns as one of their advantages if possible. There are only so many
ways you can balance a nation as a whole, and I personally want SN to be as "unique"
as possible. With secondary guns that are dual purpose, SN could actually be quite an
effective ASW nation as a whole, as they only use 1 class of gunners, their T slots can
hold HH or AA guns that can also shoot HE.

I'd like to discuss this some more.

With all the T slots of SN ships, I'd rather see them used for AA than to go to waste, or
to be used purely for torpedos. Currently, after testing with level 80 gunners given to
the account I was on that were BVE, not many of the guns really seem effective, at all.

I would like to recommend the Minizini gunset for AA only, meaning take out everything
except the AA shells, buff the speed slightly (not KM reload, but more effective than it
currently is). I wasn't really able to test the AA shell damage, so if someone can see how
well it works against the tougher planes to verify.

I can see three 2xguns with 80+ angle and acceptable reload: 3.9"Minizini(1.56s),
3"Pattern 1939(1.6s), 5.1"(2,75s). I do not know their golden angle and other specific,
just checked gunlist from testserver.

Currently the best I have seen for AA are the 'minizini' guns, and they are able to use
both AA and HE/APC ammunition.

Personally, I'd like to balance the DD/CL/CAs out without AA first (HE/AP), then to use
the guns available to those ships as dual purpose AA guns and balancing the AA shells
seperatly if possible. Giving SN a perk at the only nation to have "AA guns" with the
ablity to use both AA shells and HE/AP with decent range and reload, etc. (I also want
to try and somewhat balance the AA guns out historically, if at all possible)

Some one be the devil's advocate here, as it would make things much more interesting
here.

Regarding AA, most of the usable gun sets actually have much better reload then its UK counterpart
(somehow I still have this thought the SN is similar to UK in many aspects). UK ideal AA gun is the
5.25" snipers, and those resemble one of the gun sets in SN, but with faster reload. I do think we
have to look into balancing this (or, much better balance the US AA >_> US has
mediocre AA guns whilst ever other nation has long range hard hitters (US 6" doesn't count))
