Will rental BBs able to be tested on the test server? (or could be put in the list of things to
test for later?)

As currently not only are most RBBs (higher than tier...3/3.5 or so) Worse than their normal
counterparts, (eg, rental yamato is worse than normal yamato with lv 110+ crew), SDE is
also thinking of releasing EBB4/5 for the future, which will be immensely balance destroying.
I'd much rather have these sprites which seem already made, to replace our current high
tier rentals.

Oh, and can I hijack this forum and turn it into a general balance related forum? (as ONF
forums are...not far from being dead from inactivity, there is what, 3 people that regularly
post there?)
