One guy (who took level 120 sailors for three BB6s and a CV6) is account hogging and fubaring...i don't think he
even has an SU BB6/5 on that, haha.
Also, he hasn't logged out for 5 hours or more.


I propose that the trade system in the test server should be disabled, and that inactive people be booted from the
server after 30 minutes of inactivity.
