"I really do not want to see a 44kn Stalingrad, or a 39kn BB5 with quads."

Less than Montana damage, less than Montana speed. Range makes it similar to L2, high
angle makes it harder to aim. 39 knots is not too far out there. 37 knots on a BB5 is
tolerable but not preferable (the positive is the option of triples and quads).

We just do not know right now how heavy the Soviet sailors are going to be. That's what
makes displacement and speed issues such a pain in the ass.

Kronshtadt guns should do about 3200 per shell for 29k salvo. 26k is too much of a drop
from Izmail and even significantly lower than Gangut.

Misprint in there with the level 89 guns (once listed as level 79).

Project 24 range getting fixed?

That's all I've got right now. I'll get back to the submergence figures after I change my
pants.

Submergence:

BB23 changes seem just fine with me. Soyuz does as well.

I would support Stalingrad submergence between H-39 and Vanguard (something like 3900 with
the AP hull numbers) but I do not recall the intended speeds for the ship.

L2 submergence subject is overkill for a bb5, it shouldn't have that much
submergence with its current feature.

I fail, meant to type in alsace.

Was working late on the BB5/6, so made quite a few mistakes there. Also made
some
mistakes with the single 8"s.

Displacement changes are almost all within 3k, I'm just tweaking the values so
people
who run rigged crew (non full crew), delay classed crew and such do not affect the
speed values. To think of it, I really do not want to see a 44kn Stalingrad, or a 39kn
BB5
with quads.

I don't know how the adjust the damages on the guns using the shell offensive
values. That's why I left them in that vague format.

Why the massive range nerf on the bb5 ? That does not fit in the soviet nation traits at all, and is completely opposite
to what we all agreed on ...

Need more discussion before anything will be sent in...

No way, sovietsky soyuz same submergence as L2? Are you nuts?
WTH.....
L2 submergence subject is overkill for a bb5, it shouldn't have that much
submergence with its current feature.
