in" blitz or gb2 get a ship that has good aa guns and find a enemy cv and stay with him killing his planes."
You don't wanna do that, especially not a CV that has teeth/naval guns or HH. Humping a CV might work in Blitz but only if you're desperate, alone and no one else is there but you two (geez this sounds awfully perverted.)
In truth you want to pursue first where his planes will be but this can be next to impossible in GB2 because you can't see the CV's position unless someone gets lucky with their scout. Stick to a target that is likely high priority such as a BB6, these are juicy targets the CVs will sought after. It's a good two way deal, you get credits to much on, you keep him alive and if he's good enough, you'll both end up winning the game. It's not always an effective plan though but it's one of the most reliable.
In time as you grow with experience, you can make your own calls, such as staying in the middle for some seconds to catch off some scouts or few wayward bombers before finding yourself a charge--your CVs who are just still setting up fighter squadrons will thank you for that.
