Got a few more things I want changed still.
Are we keeping the BB6 at 35? Or are we buffing it to 37?
Both ways, base displacement needs to be increased by a total of ~500 tons to prevent people going 30 by stripping 1 bind of ammo. I'm suggesting this be done with gun weight again, with +150 tons to each. If speed needs adjustment, then we can increase the base speed by 1. Remember, we nerfed the turning force already, having it go 35 may be a little too much, a turning force buff if it remains at 35 may be needed.
Has BB6 damage has NOT been buffed to ~58k, it is still hits 53-54k salvos. Needs to be done ASAP. BB6 range MAY need another adjustment, as our tests are for actual range, not effective range (effective range = Gun range - hitbox disadvantage). It right now has closer to nebby range due to this, as the P24 hitbox is quite a bit fatter than all other BB6s.

trip 6" needs an accuracy bonus on it's LHE, HE, and HHE shells to...+15 (same as the IJN trip 6"s). If possible, tell SDE not to change the accuracy revision on the AA shells.
Izmail needs a speed nerf to either 40 or even 39 (currently 42). It cannot have much more damage, speed, and range than the Gangut. Also, with BB1 guns, it goes 49kn right now with insane reload. Reload nerf (14" guns) to 16 seconds could also be used (currently at 15.76).
Gangut guns reload at 13.96 for reference; I don't think this needs changing tbh, as it has I think 2nd least range of all BB2s). The other thing we can do to the Gangut to balance Gangut and Izmail, is to buff the spread of the Gangut guns by +1 or +2, this, with the reload advantage (and once Izmail speed is at 40), should be able to make it as competitive as the Izmail.
I think the BB3s are fine, though I'm looking at the speeds and damages of the other BB3s, and I think they may be slightly out of place. Note, if the BB6 is nerfed to 35kn, and the BB4 is nerfed to 37 with 16"s, then I would not mind the IM getting even a damage buff (via access to the 45 degree guns), and a speed nerf to 37kn.
I have yet to do playtesting with the Kronstadt, as I think it may be a bit overpowered if it uses the 40 degree guns. A weight change on the 40 degree guns and a base displacement change on the IM is a way to avoid that, but unless it's really needed, I dont think we need to change that.
I have yet to test the stalingrad, so I wont comment on it yet. Though if I remember correctly, the 45" can use a muzzle velocity change to affect it's range (to exact H39 range, as right now its range is the median between the H39's spread); though I do not know where else this affects (damage, armor penetration, etc).
BB5's range needs to be changed when ever possible. Trip 16"s with L2 range (or a few pixels below H44), quads with SY or L2 range. Have not tested the new damage yet.
