I personally run 5/2 on my Super Yamato, and will run 5/3 on my Amagi when I get it
(Engineers, reps). You will hit 42 knots on the SY very quickly, and I think that speed will
save you more than repair ability. Also 2x gunners and 2x AA gunners.

Don't go for an all elite crew.

IJN rep is horrible, and even with 130 vets on my elite reps they aren't that great.
If you go for a non-elite gunners, BO, and engies, restore ability and repair ability would
be better.

If you're newer to the game, go for UK. They are much easier to play.

As far as IJN engies/reps/gunners, I personally went 4/4/4.
