IT IS AWESOME,torps damage is powerful(not really but decent),who says they suck?
they have the fastest torps and the fastest reloading launchers,all of them takes 15
or less seconds to reload,so fast!!!!while other nations take over 60 seconds to
reload.i have decided,i am going for USSR SS
-edit-the lowest damage shown in the stats was 4800 something,some the CL ships
in the ussr have good similarities to the kitakami,so does that mean they are for
torping(from now on,i would say trops instead of torps because they sound cooler,i
love tropping)
