I still consider USN TBs to be the best because of the low space they take up, but in
terms of performance I agree with you kings.

You balance the new content as best as you collectively can amongst the best and worst in
each category. You don't make the new nations the best or the worst at anything but fit
them in between.

though I have a DBW PCV so I am not saying that all DBs should be overpowered in
order to suit my tastes.

By using the formula to convert from NFKR stats to NFNA stats MN would look like this:

TB1: 6378 -> 5315
TB2: 9566 -> 7972
DB1: 2880 -> 2504

I know that MN is broken at the moment, but where would be put MN? Because this really
is the problem we are facing. IJN is already known for its hard hitting DBs, and if we continue
to make MN a BW nation, they would have to better than IJN. If SN wants to have even
better DB, then it would mean better than MN, which is back to square one again of DBs
being too OPed.

If IJN T2 HE bomb is 2947, KM being 2819, then MN has to be somwhere near 3000. This then
means SN has to be ~3100 in order to match the trend, and ~3100 is the same as the current
DB power as the current MN.
