UK = Easy button, nuff said

I would hope that he wouldn't be a noob when he got to QV.. and USSR is supposed to be a
more difficult nation, so I wouldn't recommend that.

UK will be good for a noob, 30 degrees... not too hard to miss. With US and SU you have 45
degree late game guns, which are pretty easy to miss, if you like to zigzag while firing.
Try french, they pawn early in life, and die at middle age, and come out of retirement at
level 105, they are in between.

Personally I would go US over UK just because it is much easier to get experts and vets
with US than UK. Unless you buy them of course then UK would be better. The extra
support slot on UK helps alot. Easy to get 900 SD even on a BB3 or BB2. 4/4 Engy/Rep or
5/3 Engy/Rep plus a scout is a good setup. when you reach BB5.

i agree with angus ^^, most of the guns on their bb got 45 deg except 1 with 20 deg, i
have hard time with these guns in test :D

USSR won't be an easy nation to play.

Go UK or USA.

He said best BB for BEGGINER, somehow though SN might be OP, it will probably be
extremmly hard to do.

For a begginer go UK, after that KM or SN

Welcome i would reccomend going for the british battleships but you might want to
wait for the russian navy to be added for there battleships have the best range and
damage and you will need Repair and engineers. Hope that helps :)

If you don't want to go Commie, try the UK. They are the dominant nation pre-soviet.
