well ill go with the cv Ryujo there a more chance of liking the cv more because it easier
to use and able to get more credit in your account

Here's the thing:
If your BO wasn't classed on time and you're just now classing him as a BO, then BB is out
of the question. Your lines will be way too small. In a SS/CV, this doesn't matter as
much, but it could help a bit in a sub.

id go ryjo if you already ahve the cv crew due to the fact yoru crew will be a higher
lvl once u get to cv5 or pcv :P

Personally I'd go Kongo if I had a CV already. If you're a big CV fan you could go Ryujo,
however two CV lines tends to be expensive and since they're both IJN it would seem
somewhat pointless, but thats just me. I suggest Kongo because you'd get a taste of both
gameplay styles.

I'd see if it's possible to go both CV lines.
