I would agree. To play a CV well, you do need to be patient, watchful, and fairly
coordinated due to switching back and forth to:

1. Watch were your CV is driving and check for Subs/Planes.
2. To effectively control your fighters.
3. To effectively control your DB and TB to avoid AA and other FPs.
4. To be able to shrug off all the players now a days screaming "Noob CV" while you
try to bend to everyone demand at once.

Playing a CV is one of the toughest jobs in NF currently. Anyone can rush in as a BB
and fire a few shots and score some attack and then sink and wait for prem. As a
CV, you MUST have patience. You will need to be on top of everything at once. I
have said it before and I will say it again: CVs make or break a team.

Ok, enough rambling. You +11 planes will work out just fine. Mine are +11 and I
dont have problems with many FPs around my lvl and lower. Higher lvl FP, you will of
course have to micromanage like crazy and hope the other player isnt paying
attention to his FP or hope his are not b/v/e.

T4s are for noobs.

My base 12 IJN lvl 120 T4s get eaten up by bronze medal cvs with lvl 100-110 USN t4s.
They all have 200+ vets, boosted and have less than 100 rookies each so that's not the
issue. I don't think base 11 will effect you so much as the nationality of your fps. Learn
to avoid dogfights, especially with other T4s and you will do fine in your yorktown. Skills
> fp base most days.

I agree. Just boost and vet what you have. I suggest deciding on a fighter/db mix or
a fighter/tb mix. Just the way I do it.

The difference between +12 and +13 is outweighed by a skilled player and a mediocre
player. Basically and skilled player with +11 can defeat and noob with +13 boosted.

Unless you and your opponent are both highly skilled, the difference is negligible. It
would not be worth training a new crew but perhaps for future crew to fill up higher tier
CV. Just boost and vet them with your money.
