My opinion;

Go for the conservative options, and leave out any gun acc changes or FCS changes for the
time being. We can deal with spread last.

Remove the turning force buffs. Stick with speed buffs for the time being (as both affect
turning rate). If the ship feels like it turns too slow, and we don't want to buff its speed,
then we can deal with that after also.

Displacement can wait, as once AA is adjusted, the weight of lower level guns will also
change. With those changes, we may need to adjust displacement again.

Angus you should also look into possible maximum displacement/base displacement
buffs for the Marine Nationale Battleships. There are certain battleships such as the
Normandie/Lyon/Paris that become top heavy with a Level 120 crew and either
require
cutting down crew or removing weaponry which simply shouldnt happen.

I've also broken 300k with my Alsace. However ammo is still a crucial concern.
Breaking 300k usually indicates even with pin-point-precision all HE is expended and
either you have 1 AP bind left or you have almost expended that AP bind.

There is the Alsace balance pretty much done. Your suggestion #2 had it correct. I
still
feel it doesn't need the accuracy revision neither does the bb4, all ships have terrible
spreads until 10-15 levels above the level of it. I didn't have good spread on my
Iowa
until level 110, which is where I started playing in the NFAFL with it. The BB5's is well
known you need to be at least level 115 before you get consistently good spread
with them.

I disagree. I feel that the spread should also be buffed/improved. The spread even
with Level 120 Gunners is incosistent and erratic at best.

Only if the spread allows it to. Which is rare to uncommon. I am specifically referring
to the one-shotting capability of BB5's by the Alsace.

Alsace doesn't need to be super buffed then overpowered because the way you play it in
game isn't sufficient enough to get high attack games, not trying to flame/bash anyone on
that point, just saying.

And it is smaller, faster, and has better AA.

You can break 200k easily in GB with any BB5 except H44 IMO; and breaking 200k with
H44 isn't too much harder.

Kings, you know better than to balance with GB.
