background info--for a mod

Gump	in support ticket MK2 mentioned "Could you provide us some details on your computer specifications (Windows version, RAM, antivirus or background apps running while NF runs, etc.)? " could a mod please send me info on what an appropriate medium this could be in. Couldn't I send in a dxdiag or whatever it's called? Email it to someone? Please let me know. Thanks. Jason

StarLine	Dxdiag is good, all info via ticket is the fast way. Background apps are: P2P programs such (emule, limewire etc.), download managers, communications software (X-fire, skype, ventrilo, teamspeak,GSC), Firewalls software and whatever other program that you have installed in your PC. @moved to Tech Support section PM sent StarLine Nebraska Veteran Moderator
