Give it the quad gunset... No need to adjust any other gunsets. A waste of time and effort.

Lorraine has 2 T slots on every side, that could do something.

Basically;

Any ships that don't have enough T slots to use the duels should use the quads (PCA and
above).

The only ship I can think of that requires a new gunset is the French Emden.

tl;dr version of my last post:

What AA guns need to fit on which ships' T slots?

"Remove AA shells from most of these guns that can use HE also."

>>> What is the point of doing that? If they are unused, there is no point.

Create a new set of trip 6" with same GA, double the reload double the damage of
the long range 3.5"s."

>>> Trip 6's are fine for AA. Maybe a slight reload buff, but other than that, fine.

We have now...a bunch of guns MN can use for AA.

We have...

The new:
2x 5.1?45 cal Model 1932 A (GA 34)
4x 5.1?45 cal Model 1932 A (GA 34)

The long ranged:
3.5"/50 cal model 1929 A (designation A added recently)

The unused:
lv 18 x 2 3.5"/50 cal Model 1926 (not the long ranged set, 40 degree max angle)
lv 49 x 2 3.9"/55 cal Model 1945 (richy's historical set, 30 degree max angle)
lv 36 x 2 5.1"/45 cal Model 1932 (40 degree max)
lv 38 x 2 5.1"/45 cal Model 1935 (70 degree max)
lv 24 x 2 5.46"/45 cal Model 1929 (35 degree max)
lv 32 x 2 6"/55 cal Model 1930 (40 degree max)
lv 28 x 2 6.1"/50 cal Model 1920 (35 degree max)
lv 44 x 3 6"/55 cal Model 1930 (40 degree max)
lv 60 x 3 6.1"/50 cal Model 1920 (70 degree max)
lv 40 x 3 6.1"/55 cal Model 1926 (65 degree max)
lv 62 x 4 5.1"/45 cal Models 1932 (65 degree max)

These leave us with the following "usable" and adjustable sets.
2x 5.1?45 cal Model 1932 A (GA 34)
4x 5.1?45 cal Model 1932 A (GA 34)
3.5"/50 cal model 1929 A (GA 25)
lv 38 x 2 5.1"/45 cal Model 1935 (GA 34)
lv 62 x 4 5.1"/45 cal Models 1932 (I'm guessing GA 34 also)
lv 60 x 3 6.1"/50 cal Model 1920 (GA, according to trainworld, between 32-40 >.>)
lv 40 x 3 6.1"/55 cal Model 1926 (GA 32)

The dual 3.5"s, and the 2 new sets are fine as AA guns aside form level and
gunspace changes.

The old sets of 5.1"s need their AA shells removed from them if they are not going to
be used as AA guns.

Do we want the dual 3.9"/55 M1945's to be usable As AA guns? With an angle
adjustment, the HE/AP shells will need to be taken out so it's current 29 degree GA
does not make HE/AP shells have BB range.

And the trip 6" guns need to be either adjusted so they can either fit with one of the
above mentioned dual 3.5", or dual 3.9"s, or something else. I personally think we
can remove the AA shells of all 3 sets of trip 6" and make a set of trip 6" As like the
new 5.1" guns so we can separately adjust the AA, reload and damage on HE shells.
This new set of trip 6" can be either used on the Alsace's big T slots, or the Richy's
big T slots.

My personal ideas:
keep the dual 3.9"/55s unusable for AA; 2 SETS of AA guns are enough.
Remove AA shells from most of these guns that can use HE also.
Create a new set of trip 6" with same GA, double the reload double the damage of
the long range 3.5"s.

This will give us 2 sets of usable AA guns for MN:
Spammable long ranged dual 3.5" As+trip 6" As
Dual 5.1" As+Quad 5.1" As

Gunspace difference, most to least: quad 5">trip 6">dual 5>dual 3.5"

Once we figure out these things, we can then go on to change the T slots of each
ship depending on which AA guns we want them to be able to use.

I don't see the point of adding these guns as Desolate has said.

We went through all the effort last time of getting the balance between the 6.1" and 4.7"
of IJN and majority of players don't even use the 6.1".

Erm, I never had a problem using the 6.1" Trips on CA's/CL's, or the level 20 duels on
lower ships.

It is fine...
