With the newest patch (Patch notes are not yet up), there seems to be missing a file,
which will not allow test server client to start.



That file contains some shore battery files for HAs, and I don't think is included in the
"soviet navy patch" the game wants you to download.

I've uploaded it here for those who need to fix it.

And just put that in your SPR folder where you installed your test server client.
