The HS remover does work on Win 7 I have tried it

tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice, and a few more times with just the patch...
the HSRemove program doesnt works on windows 7... so far nothing is working...
any ideas ???

New problem lol. Now insted of downloading the 9mb update it tryes to download 150mb
update every time... Some Serious issues whit the patcher...

Edit: Well i have mine working now. I happened to have fresh install on my laptop just
moved it
to the old place where NF was and now it works i hope you guys get it work soon too.

Reinstalled twice, done the same u wrote above guys, still don't works, stupid $DE, can't
even create smart updater -.-

I just messed whit some sprites because for some reason i didnt get the OH gauge at all to
show up. I tried to delete my Interface sprite so the game can the redownload and fix it.
Nope the patcher is having issue it seems it does not even try to fix it it will just
redownload the newest patch over and over again. I tested this whit my backup nf wich
still runed fine, deleted whole SPR folder and launcher downloaded the same 8,9mb patch
and tried start the game...

"1. Uninstall NF
2. Delete SDEnternet folder
3. Download and run the HSRemover
4. Download the new client and patch (1316)
5. Reinstall the 1316 client
6. Reinstall the 1316 patch"

I actually tried reinstalling both new clients and patch but still dint work.
So i guess on my 2nd try the key point is to:

RUN the HsRemover first after uninstalling and before u reinstall

@OP and all others suffering this problem: Try doing the solution posted by Napoleon and
if it doesn't work we'll have to work to try and find a different answer.

Sounds like Napoleon1 has the answer and it points to some possible issue in the
version installed and either a sprite that isnt being allowed to be changed as its
a custom one, or something else is corrupted.

if the patch didnt work try the full version after a full un-install
