Went over the changes from the current patch, these things were
missed/forgotten/needing to be changed again:


DD L'Adroit: Maximum displacement: 2461 -> 2150
(too much displacement, it shouldn't AW)
DD Le Fantasque: R space: 47->50
(error in request)

CL Puton: Armament space (torp space): 0 -> 25
(Suggested before, mine layer should have torp space)
CL Duguay Trouin: Armament space (torp space): 20 -> 30
(CL to the SS line)
CL Jeanne D' Arc: FCS space: 55 -> 60
CL Emile Bertin: FCS space: 55 -> 60
(No FCS at 55 space)
Cl La Galissonniere: R space: 112 -> 153
(Mistake in last request)
Cl La Galissonniere: FCS space: 60 -> 73
(higher level than Suffern with less guns, it needs the same spread)

CA Tourville: R space: 122 -> 174
(Missed by SDE)

PCA Mandel: Reduce base speed with 3 knots
PCA Mandel: change default gun to Lvl 52 x2 12"/45 cal Model 1906
(Unless we want to mess around with the PCA's own set of dual 13.4"s, this is the
easiest solution)

Lvl 50 x2 12"/45 cal Model 1906: required space: 130 -> 153
(7 binds on the EBB1, same as mikasa)
Lvl 50 x2 12"/45 cal Model 1906: Make into EBB only guns.
(Is currently able to fit on any ship)

(New AA guns, needs to fit so they're similar in level/gun space as the normal guns)

T slot changes should be made as soon as we can agree on which AA guns can fit on
which ship, displacement/speed changes also need to be made once T slots are
done.

Strasbourg guns/normal displacement needs to be changed back to it's original
values, as the displacement change messed up the speed.
