last i play a few hour before server down

Have you made any system, firewall, anti-virus changes in between the last time
played and today?
no

before i install the new installer, i let the launcher update automatically. but it said
that "Navyfield.exe has stopped working". so i think maybe the problem is caused by the
launcher. so i decided to uninstall and install the new installer which i download from
the site. but unfortunately the same thing happened.
