austinpage	Is it possible for allied sailors to work together on a ship? For example can I use US engies on a UK ship? What is the downside? Upside?

austinpage	Thanks for the input guys. Now just need to lvl my 4 engies and 2 repair (all lvl 60ish) to monty lvl. I'm seriously lacking supports and have been using lvl 100 BVE uk engies on my monty. A mistake I should have corrected much earlier.

Willg210	My nebraska crew worked well on my L2 for a long long time, the only problem arises when you want to get the QV.

ludaka	only bonus from this is power leveling BO for other nation. For me this is the only way to make KM CV. Grind there is unhuman.

AlexCaboose	Can you? Yes. Should you? No. You'll regret it in the long run as your crew will be far less effective than someone at an equal level. Your BB5 may end up performing like a BB3/BB4 in terms of support. It's just not worth it

Dersico	Awhile ago, Vick11 told me that allied crews would be 75% effective on allied ships. The easiest way to test this would probably be to just measure SD level differences when a (US) sailor is on a RN ship and a US ship.
