there sould be something to build stuff after a fleet take over a harbor like have
stuff like Oil Rings Mineing and Airfields Harbor Defenses (Bunkers Minefields and
stuff) and barracks like for example if you have a airfield in the harbor it send AI
planes to attack the Rival Fleet in Harbor Assault (Like the one in the pearl harbor
mission) also i dont know if its a good idea or not im just saying
