Shazza	Hey, i played back in beta, and I started back up a few days ago, and it has put my account back to the beginning, and was old my account was archived. Ive had a ticket "waiting" for 4 days now, any ideas on what i could do?

Falcon91	^what amor said. I lost a full Ark royal crew that i had back in '05 i attempted to recover it a few years back and they told me no we cannot recover it.

Amorgan	Consider yourself lucky. It took four days to find the back up w/ your stuff on it would be my guess. Be thankful they dedicated the time to find it for you...others have not been so lucky.

Happymeal2	Just wait for the ticket to be answered, the GMs are off on some korean holiday. Should be back wed. If they say they dont have it, you're SoL and can either start over or quit. If they do have it still, congrats, they still have it.

DeadEye1989	Generally accounts inactive longer then 2+ years are deleted off the backup harddrive and are unable to be restored. That's my understanding at least

BBR_InsUW	If your account has been inactive for several years it is doubtful that a restore can be done. Do you know when you last played the account?
