Panzer are very good at taking on CL, CA and some BB1. CV proves to be a little
annoying at long range but prettymuch useless in panzer gun range. The panzer
hoever weak against pcl, dd, ff and russian CA and CL ( face it, they small and hard
hitting).

Here is a guide on using panzer to deter (not kill) these pests. fist of all dont equip
too much armor, they are useless anyway, invest more on speed so you can be a
smaller cousin of BC.

Second, dont use your main gun to shoot small target, it suk, spread like crazy and
expensive, equip t slot with 5.1 inch or below.

Third, tell the opposite side that you not the enemy.

fourth, tell them that you are weak and give little exp.

fifth, beg them not to kill you.

sixth, run to the rear and wait for the battle to be over.

seventh, sell your panzer and reuse your m pro.
