Everything is gone????

Shotgun13249	used to play this game a lot about 2 years back. just got on it for the first time in about a year to find out that all of my sailers, ships, etc, are all gone. and all i have are the first 6 sailors that you start out with. like i started with a clean slate. whats the deal? thanks

psychohove	As Cyddy Said, All Items will be backed up, and account restoration can be done at request via support ticket system. Please contact them informing them the details as best as you can remember:- Date Last Played Server Played on Idea of what crews and nations achieved. If you cannot remember your 2nd trade password please state this also. *Locked as now Answered

Barehere	If it seems that everything is gone, try switching servers at log in screen. We had a server merge as stated and your stuff may be located on the other server. If you cant see your stuff on Nebraska then log out and log into Kaiser. If its still not there then yes send in a support ticket. Bare

secret123	I think you can submit a support ticket to TNF and they can bring back your sailors. Unless you deleted your account and boats, it should still remain in their database.
