Deck? Maybe at least 8.5-9 inches before you start bouncing higher lvl BB shells
(Providing they're not 45 Degree guns)

Belt? I'd say no less than 9 Inches (Mind you that's only feasible for blitz though)

But good luck finding any Soviet Gunboat that can fit said amount of armor...

what is a useful amount like 7 inche deck or more what about belt?

Last i checked,SN Armor was 2nd Strongest,but good luck finding anything that can fit a
USEFUL amount of it...
