As a Baltimore driver I can say that the only cruisers I can't take one on one are the German 11" Duetschland and P project, and Baltimore's with high level block shotting crews. LOL

Best CA? if you mean in every nation, it is p-pro. If you mean in US, it is baltimore or New Orleans

i would gladly exchange the armor on my new orleans for baltimore range... balt is better (seeing as i have both, i MIGHT, know what im talking about)

Even though I have balt, I would say New Orleans is the best US CA because of the massive amount of deck it can have.

Well, at a high level I would say Balt, for the single reason that is can block shot. But at the lower levels when the Balt spread isn't that good, I think a Mogami CA could beat it.
