whats the max amount of your crew? The too far and too short will happen from

you should get a good spread once you hit full ability bar with them. Just don't expect
blockshots cuz that ain't happening, ever.

If by MW you mean missionwhoring: No. You want soething that shoots lots and lots and lots
and LOTS of shells.

So find the fastest firing gun with the most binds of ammo and go rack up the crit hits
agaisnt those BBs.

20 vets, 160 experts? Dude, that should rock. Although, you just got the guns at
level 39. Usually it takes at least 5 levels to "master". So you should see noticeable
difference in the next two to 3 levels. If getting vets is a 10% chance, then you've
burned 200 experts to get the 20 vets. So level 42 and you got 360 vets, that's
decent. Hang in there.

Agreed. You have low experts/vets.

Get a better number, and it will get MUCH better.

I had full bar last week, and i burned 100 experts on one of my gunners. (no vets.
damn NF) The difference was very noticable.

Point is: Experts make a very significant contributoin to your spread.

Oh, and welcome to german ship line: you get the "best" gunners, along with the
worst spread. (More "balanced" than "best," really)
