i stayed with 5 inch guns until i was able to get my twin 4 inch cannons

yep 5" singles is the best choice never get 3"dual although they shoot more shells u
cant really do much damage go for the 4"dual at lv 19 thats when it's availble also if
u like more range and power get 6"singles u get less shells flying so you gotta be
Accurate but they are stronger and much more range

I'm using the dual 3inchers ... and while it's nice watching all those shells go flying ...
I do very little damage and just end up pissing people off. I'm thinking of going back
the 5inch guns, even if they have a slow rate of fire, at least they did some "real"
damage.

Yeah. You got to torp CL at close range to kill them.. US torps dun have long range
and high dmg.. So you need at least 3 if not 4 torps to sink an atlanta... This is a 1v1
case.

I just got my first set of duals for the fletcher,a major change in damage...

Well to sink CLs, i reckon you really need to get up close range, torp them and run since
they have much bigger guns than you. Don't really think because you have those guns you
can sink CLs.

sup all, pretty new started a couple days ago, just got a fletcher too and ive been going
with some of the 5" singles guns that show up at the bottom of the list of the available
guns, but they have a slow reload time, should i stick with them or go with 4"ers?


p.s-yes i am very new to this so i am having a hard time remebering all the gun names and
whatnot =P

Go singles until u get dual 4". u can rape even cls with those and 2 x5 launchers.

i am lvl 23 with a fletcher and my advice, stay with 5" singles until u can get good 4"
dauls at like lvl 18+, then stay with fletcher and mark somers as next ship but dont
buy until u have 150k, dont get ddx if u like torps but get ddx if u like firepower...
