They "outrange" yorks by around 10-20 pixels.

eugen isnt the best CA, but is good.

If you get CV you can play with hipper/eugen, get hipper and play cl/ca. Hipper its a
m pro big and fat, you can do great games with him and lvl up more faster than a m-
pro.

get the hipper while you wait... will do better in cl/ca/bc/bb games and you will be
able to upgrade to eugean... argued to be the best CA in the game. lol cause it is BC
lvl... but this should not be a question ichiro71 since you can get both hipper and
seydlitz. best to have both ships for when there are few all welcome games...
oh btw if your going cv i got a nice little lvl 43 scout i would not mind selling you

Get hipper. You'll get bored of mpro eventually. Change is good.

I say get Hipper, because the German CVs aren't that great with the least hangar space and
very little variety. German CAs/BBs are very good though.
