Are you kidding ....agano lvl 28.......you can also see what your next ships are by
going to Trainworld.us....

cl1 agano can fight cl1 if good skill.
kongo cant fight any bb if good skill -.-.(ok maybe alaska/nevada)

agano ...... try use 7.9 , make an cap at 35 or 40 with CL pk room.... will have chance.

everyone says agano is crap but if you already have a cl( like me i have a m-pro)
because it wouldn't be the first time that newbies with there first cl go rushing it like
a dd and then run into a torpwall because cl's arn't as fast or have such a great
turningspeed as dd's. with every cl it takes time to know how you use it in a good
fashion but after a day or so you know how to use it properly and then you can slay
those puny dd even before they see you.
