There is a great difference between "off-topic" and inappropriate content.
'Off topic' simply refers to anything that is not related to navyfield or the subjects of
navyfield such as WWII, ships, war, etc..
The term 'Inappropriate' covers all the stuff that is not suitable for a family audience.
This includes sexual language/images, swearing, illegal content (drugs, alcohol, etc.) or
any other things that people find largely offensive such as racism.
