My Fubu is very slow to reload my torps why?

Dont worry just keep torping and @ ~LVL 34 you will see the differece. The higher base
torp (+12) ability the better. Of course remember to max your torpers. With small number
of recruits you'll be slowered even more if you progress to higher lvls.

and also it might be that you have a lot of torps at once like a x3 torp launcher is
gona reload faster than a x5 lol just saying if you didnt know

thats normal, only with high level torpers you can get a fast reload
