Your crew dont get wounded the bar beneath them is basically crew size vs max
crew size for that level so to get the bar to fill up left click on the rct button below the
crewman then you can increase recruit numbers or change experts to vets (careful
about changing experts to vets though its quite a low chance read the threads on
how to improve it) right clicking on rct will max your crew size
