Kuma isn't good TW ship. You have only 2 T slots per side and to turn you need a lot
of space.
If you want to use Kuma, use it as AA defense ship. Put 2 gunners, 2 2nd Mach
Gunners, 2 torpers and BO. Then use torps as a self defense weapon. Fit 7 dual 3"
guns. That give 14 barells of AAW plus your 2nd MG will coordinate automatic
weapon. Kuma as AA ship with proper crew is a menace ship to any aircraft.
If you enyoing torping ppl, stick with Fubuki till 42. Then buy Kuma and remodel it to -
Kai. K-K its a gloroius torpedo ship (not so brilliant as Kitakami but great anyway). Fit
torpedo tubes only. Well ultimate ship is @ 52 lvl and its really hard to describe first
game in Kita when you see infos that your one salvo killed 10 ships. Just one big
smile on your face :).
Owning Kuma-Kai and Kitakami have one big disadvantage. You will be prime taget in
All Welcome rooms for all enemy aircrafts. It a reason to be proud ;-) but it hurts
badly - especially when you play vs gold bar CV(s). They never missing :(
