just got a frigate for op convoi and need to now what the best way is to get it as
fast as posible

Actually, the fastest Frigate that I could come up with is:

Frigate 2-M3 (50/76)
No armour
No guns
Heavy engine
1 crewman level 20 or less.

To get the fastest possible speed, you need no armor, no guns and the best possible
engiene. This is impractical. Therefore

No Armor
Lightest guns possible (4in work well i suppose)
Low Ammo (1 bind)
toss off as many recruits as possible on board.
Heavy Eng.

End of story...
