mexican	I am a noob firstly I now understand that a sailor works better with experts and better yet with vets, i also have read several post/guides on how to get vets but wat im not sure of is how to get experts and how many recruits you shud have on board. I case its important im currently lvl 19 BO

Qaurion	Always have your crew full. Fill ur recruits up until you cant no more. You gain experts by just playing the game. They accumulate over time. Critical hits can also give you a expert.
