I have hvy torpers on 60 lvl , near 61 lvl.... and i want ask... : Change them on this 60
lvl? Or wait to 64 lvl ?

if u grab the special torperdo man then u can upgrade to KAI torp at 80. this means more
ability than fast torps. its yer call though
