(Personal experience:
Agano is food without gunners that could be on Myoko/Mogami
Mog CL is good, but a bit big and loads of Tac.... Still the angles made it weak for
rushing/running
Myoko/Mog CA: Same as Mog CL witha bit more range
Kongo: Not sure about <level 60, but looks like food to everything. After 60 it is even
easier prey. Only able to deal some dmg in All Welcome battles
Fuso/Ise: Massive firepower, lacking range. Can be torn apart by anyone who
knows his range. With 16" however.... Massive range, low ammo
Nagato: A Force your have to watch range/damagewise, but once you get in range it
is dead. Yay for Paper Armor and no 1st Restorer....
Yamato: Too high :)

I can write an guide for everyship under lv46...having used all of them..... (including
tatsuda/tsukikei/agano)

obsts guide on german ships... comes from actually having experience with the ships..

and he doesnt exactly have experience using jap ships...
