I know of 3 Junyo players on Bis: Intro94, Tssi, and Kchaos.
Intro just lv'd up a neut, but the other two raised BO&crew from scratch.

All of them seem to like the Junyo.

Well as you notice, as the hangar space for each CV goes up, so does its' DP...

Like you said, cv with larger dp take more bombers to sink hence the larger hangar space
on larger CVs...they are usually going up against CV of their own size so they need to use
more planes to sink the enemy CV + BB.

Also, as has been said before you start to lose lots and lots of planes to players with
good AA, so having the larger plane space is a necessity. Even on my Hiryu I have lost
all my bombers going up against an Endgame BB.

But as you can see on anything larger than akagi the hangar space is rediculously large
and you will never use it all up, so it just becomes a luxury.

I never bomb any CL/CA except Kita if there is enemy CV. I usually lose 1/3 bombers when
they cross the front line. The AA fire has become fiercer since the AA mission came out.But I
can still sink one CV with two waves of attack. It is becuase that CVs in POW are mostly CV1.
Even Sefyliz or Independence is the biggest I have seen. Myabe the CVs in BIS are bigger and
need more bombers to sink.
My point is that if you are not confronting CV like Hiryu or Akagi that you might not see 1 in 50
battles, you don't need so big plane space.

Do you try to bomb the other CVs or just pick off the CL/CAs that are not under
fighter cover? Since you are on PoW server I know that the AA there is no where
near what we CV drivers have to experience on Bis, but just wait it will get there.

Now as far as the OP what he wants is not just more plane space, he wants a CV to
bridge the gap to the "better" CV line because the grind from Oyo or Mog CV to the
Junyo is a long road indeed. In fact I have only even seen 1 non-Mod with one, I
think it was Ji or Intro (one of the L33T IJN players).

Hi sparky,

Taiyo and Taiho are different CVs. Taiyo was a CV that has been tested? in second cv
line some levels below Junyo(lvl 60). Taiho is in second CV line too, but at high level
(83 or something)

Kaisax has Taiho on bismarck.
