dinhinator	As everyone else well said, right click on the radio man and hit add. Screen will show up and ask you to type in the persons username. Type in in and left click to check who is on and talk to them ect ect.

nes249	to access your radioman in battle, you have to hit the \ key. the it will say "a signalman can be managed" and you can type into your radio man or whatever.
