1) dual 16"L doesn't fit til lvl 69/70 BB
2) 16"L is still shorter range than 15" RP12L and does the same damage
3) UK has better armor, soft, and DP
4) anything besides lvl 69/70 BB's gets owned unless it's lvl 65 US BB vs pre-RP12 15" Revenge/Renown

RP15 aside, US BB is the slowest and if RN BB can rush in range....1shoot GG.

^Then we wouldn't have any blockshotting quad 14s, and we'd lose :D
