Hey every1 I havent seen any topic on this so I want to help out too.

When a sailor is recruit, he will have 0% ability because all of his sailor is just recruit. To calculate "ability", press the "RCT" button under the sailor, all the way to the right is the column show his ability. This "ability" is how he can perform his job like reparing, restoring, shooting guns, ect..... As you play you will get more expert and the more expert the better.

Recruit have 0% ability
Expert have 100% ability
Veteran have 250% ability

To have maximum % of ability on your sailor, alway keep your sailor full of these recruits, experts and veterans.

Feel free to add anything HELPFUL about the topic and correct me if I made any mistake.

I have already reposted it.. let me bump the thread...

Oh and when I discussed how vets/experts worked with TNF he said that my view on it looked good and plausible and that he wanted to ask the other devs about it...

Haven't heard from him about this yet.

I know the game user-interfaces says
Veteran have 250% ability

but the Mods tell us that it is actually
Veteran have 200% ability
